Medical Equipment Assistant

This role combines frontline customer service, helping patients with their medical supply and equipment needs, confirming insurance benefits, working with the pharmacy team to coordinate care. Work closely with clinicians to streamline referrals, and process items for delivery or will-call. Submit Prior Authorizations to insurance companies and track progress.

Department of Health Pharmacy Assistant License or other recognized license required (will assist new hires in this process).
