Program Administrator
CCCS Inc. and Martin Hall Juvenile Detention Facility are looking for a Program Administrator & Juvenile Corrections Officers.
The Administrator for the Martin Hall Juvenile Detention Facility is responsible for performing or overseeing all administrative, professional and supervisory duties relative to the overall function and operation of the facility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Behavioral Science field, Liberal Arts, or Business Field and at least three (3) years of experience in a Social Services Counseling, Case Management position, or Correctional Program Administration Position.
OR
- At least five (5) years of experience in a Social Services Counseling Position, a Case-Management Position or a Correctional Program Administration Position.
- Ability to relate to offenders in a firm, empathetic fashion.
- Ability to work with probation and parole, and other law enforcement contacts in a professional, effective manner.
- Experience supervising staff.
JUVENILE CORRECTIONS OFFICER
The Juvenile Corrections Officer provides security, transportation, recreation, and maintenance services as required by their position and program needs.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High School diploma or equivalent and one-year experience working in a corrections, addictions treatment or other human service program/agency. Supervisory experience and experience working in a correctional or other human service type facility/program is preferred.
Salary is DOE.
