Mental Health Services Supervisor

Location: Colville

Annual salary $89,088-$109,512 based on qualifications and experience

DUTIES: Provide direct supervision for up to 8 clinicians regarding clinical practice, ethics, quality assurance, staff training, and policies and procedures. Provide and document no less than 1-hour per month individual supervision to each assigned supervisee. Conduct ongoing reviews of clinical records (Intake Evaluations, Individual Service Plans, Crisis Plans, Referrals, Resource Management Forms, Compliance Reports, Progress Notes, Discharge Summaries, etc.) completed by assigned supervisees to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and contractual requirements. Problem-solve programmatic, administrative, and personnel issues that arise with assigned staff daily to ensure competent and professional service delivery through the Colville MH Program. Conduct Intake Evaluations for people of all ages to arrive at accurate DSM diagnoses, assess “medical necessity" for treatment, and prepare for the development of Individualized Service Plans. Provide evidence-based clinical interventions (Individual Services, Group Services, Family Services, Case Management, etc.) for assigned clients of all ages with a wide variety of mental health conditions. Provide crisis response services, stabilization, Involuntary Treatment Evaluations during regular office hours and after-hours/on-call as determined by needs of work unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health field required. Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with WA State Department of Health (DOH) required; DOH license has been held without restrictions and in good standing for at least 2-years. A minimum of fifteen clock hours of training in clinical supervision and 25 hours experience in supervision of clinical practice. Satisfactory criminal history backgrounds check results are a condition of employment. Must not be listed by a federal agency as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for federal program participation.
