Annual salary $102,184.00 - S144,864.00 based on qualifications and experience.
DUTIES: Responsible for the daily operations of 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) Facility. Carry out supervisory and administrative responsibilities including planning, organizing and implementing E&T services in conjunction with the goals of NEWACS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies. Under the direction of the "Professional Person in Charge of the E&T," serve as the manager responsible for overall direction, coordination, and operation of the treatment and administrative services provided at the Alliance Evaluation & Treatment Facility (E&T).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health field OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Master degree in Nursing strongly preferred if nursing background). Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Registered Nurse with WA State Department of Health required. "Mental Health Professional" is per WAC 246-341-0515 (4) required. Progressive Management experience and demonstrated ability to supervise. Five (5) years employment experience in behavioral healthcare strongly preferred. Five years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
