The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time construction project manager. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. Projects range in value from $5,000 - $10,000,000+. Projects may involve building upgrades, renovations, additions, and new construction. As well as site development, utility infrastructure, aviation related construction, tenant improvements, parking lot maintenance, and upgrades to MEP systems. All projects support the CDRPA's mission to “Work Together to Enhance the Economic Vitality of North Central Washington".

Compensation: The starting salary range for this position will be based upon education experience as follows:

$95,000 - $105,000: Project Manager Certification or 4-year degree in construction management or closely related field. 3 years of commercial or civil construction experience.

$105,000 - $120,000: 4-year degree in construction management or closely related field. 5+ years of commercial and civil construction experience. Public sector or Owner experience is required.
