Classification/Compensation Business Partner is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of a
market-based compensation system in support of the campus salary administration efforts. This position
requires a Bachelor's degree related to business or human resource management. (Significant
experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.) Salary range: Commensurate with experience. For
