Evaluation and Treatment Facility- Colville $6000 Sign On Provide evaluation and triage of admitted psychiatric patients at the Evaluation and Treatment E & T Facility. Provide medication administration, assessments, evaluation, and medication management to clients with persistent mental illness. Provide liaison and coordination between psychiatric services, PCPs, and clients in regard to medical issues. Complete clinical documentation. Successful applicants will need an Associates of Applied Science or equivalent nursing degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Be licensed, as minimum as Licensed Practical Nurse" with the WA State Department of Health. Wages starting- LPN $36.20 hr. - RN $42.98 hr. DOE. Shift differential pay and excellent benefits including retirement. $6000 retention stipend available for newly hired to the County.
