Help Make A Delicious, High-Quality Protein Bar

Kodo is a growing local company with our vision to shepherd a stronger, healthier community. We're looking for a Production Team Member to join us in East Spokane to make our crowd favorite protein bar.

Unlike most conventional snacks, Kodo uses Pacific Northwest ingredients that offer better nutrients to fuel adventures, support health, and uplift the spirit.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help turn quality ingredients into premium bars that fuel people's adventures and day-to-day lives.

What You'll Do
You'll work alongside our production team to:
- Prep, weigh, and measure ingredients
- Mix and prepare batches
- Bake and form products
- Follow recipes, processes, and quality standards
- Package, seal, label, and box finished products
- Clean and organize equipment and work areas
- Maintain health & safety standards
- Help the team work efficiently and keep production moving

This role is dynamic and requires the ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs. Tasks include bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.

Kitchen and production experience is preferred but not required. If you're the right person, we'll teach you the rest.

Job Details
Pay: 17.50-19.00/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 8-16 hours/week
Shifts: 4.5-4.9 hours, morning and afternoon shifts (evening coming soon)

Schedule: Flexible, but consistent shifts preferred,

Location: East Spokane, WA (Altamont & Sprague)

Experience: Food production or commercial kitchen experience is helpful, but not required

This is currently a part-time position, but we're looking for people who want to be part of the Kodo team for the long term.
