General Manager

Garfield County Transportation Authority is seeking a full-time General Manager to provide leadership, strategic planning, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of public transit operations. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and FLSA exempt with a salary range of $81,500-$90,000 and a generous benefits package.

This position works closely with the Board of Garfield County Transportation Authority, employees, community partners, and public agencies to support and grow transit services. Responsibilities include budgeting, grant management, accounting, payroll oversight, HR administration, compliance with state and federal transit regulations, and organizational planning.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, plus at least 3 years of multi-department leadership experience. Experience in financial management and public transportation preferred.
