As the Community Impact and Grants Coordinator, position is focused on leading our organization's efforts in securing funding, managing grants, and fostering community partnerships as well as managing print and media communications strategies and tools specific to UWNI. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives through effective program development, strategic planning, and resource management. Position does require local and regional travel for meetings and events as well as limited need to participate in activities outside of normal business hours.
Duties
Key coordinator for regional ALICE Task Force, a population central to them mission of United Way of North Idaho
Develop and implement comprehensive grant strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Write compelling grant proposals and technical reports utilizing strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Manage all aspects of contract management, including negotiations and compliance monitoring.
Maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and strategic engagement.
Ensure all grant activities adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Manage strategic and tactical web-based resources in support of regional volunteerism.
Develop and manage communications plans including print and social media strategy including creating and broadcasting organizational announcements and reports.
Coordinate efforts for UWNI Community Impact Council and its initiatives.
Starting salary $45,000 -$55,000
