TITLE: Co-Occurring Supervisor
DUTIES: Primary responsibility will include supervising the day-to-day operations and assigned staff in the NEWABH SUD Program. Provide Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder Assessments, Outpatient Treatment Services, and Support Activities. Provide direct supervision to Substance Use Disorder Staff regarding clinical practice, quality assurance, and policies and procedures. In conjunction with the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, develop and maintains Substance Use Disorder Unit policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and contract requirements. Attend agency meetings to participate in program decision making, i.e., policy, procedure and client care. Develop and implement clinical programs, including evidence-supported interventions, pertaining to substance use disorder treatment services, including co-occurring treatments. Complete monthly compliance reports to courts for court-order clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work or closely related field. Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with the WA State Department of Health preferred. “Substance Use Disorder Professional" with the WA State Department of Health also required. Qualifies as an “SUDP Approved Supervisor": (a.)At least three thousand hours of experience in a state approved substance use disorder treatment agency in addition to the supervised experience hours required to become a substance use disorder professional. (i.)May substitute twenty-eight clock hours of recognized supervisory training for one thousand hours of experience. (ii.)May substitute five hundred hours of experience with thirty-six hours of professional education. Able to communicate in oral and written form. Computer literacy desirable - clinical software used. Satisfactory criminal history background check results are a condition of employment.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: $93,540.00 - $114.984.00 annually. Full-time employees (and their families) receive $1200 per month for enrollment in company medical, dental, and vision as well as employer paid life insurance with voluntary plan options, Washington State Retirement Plans and deferred compensation plans, 12 paid holidays per year and start at 12 hours of paid time off per month.
