Position Summary: Oversees Public Service Center customer service with a primary goal of providing superior internal and external customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient operations, process accuracy, conformance with established policies and procedures. Implements goals, objectives and priorities. Collaborates with Engineering, Planning, Code Compliance and Building divisions to ensure quality service.
