General Summary of Duties: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) manages and oversees all financial activities of the Kootenai Tribal Development Corporation (KTDC), the business arm of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho (KTOI), and its subordinate enterprises. The CFO will establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for KTDC and subordinate enterprises. Responsibilities include financial planning and implementing financial systems and accounting practices to safeguard assets of all divisions of KTDC, including the Kootenai River Inn Casino and Spa (KRICS).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is required, A Master's degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively more responsible financial, accounting, and supervisory experience in the finance profession.
- Minimum of three (3) years of casino executive finance management experience (i.e. VP Finance/CFO level). Tribal gaming experience is highly preferred.
